How it works
Below is how BetterBizz uses the data you choose to connect or provide. You stay in control of connections (such as Google) through your device and account settings.

Google Calendar
When you connect your Google account and grant calendar access, BetterBizz automatically syncs your appointments so you can see upcoming meetings in the app and use them with recording and transcription workflows. We use this data only to provide these features—not to sell your calendar data or show third-party ads.

Audio & transcripts
Recordings and transcripts you create are processed to deliver speech-to-text, speaker labels where enabled, and optional AI summaries. Processing follows our Privacy Policy and the permissions you approve in the app.

Account & sign-in
Basic profile information from your sign-in provider (for example, name and email) is used to create and secure your account, send service-related notices, and keep your content associated with the correct user.
