- Calendar Data: If authorized, we access event titles, times, and meeting URLs to enable auto-join features.

- AssemblyAI: Used for speech-to-text transcription. Audio data is transmitted via secure API and is not stored permanently by the provider.
- Google Gemini (Gemini-1.5-Flash / Pro): Used for text analysis and summarization.
- No Training Clause: We have strict agreements ensuring that your data is never used by AssemblyAI or Google to train their respective machine learning models.
5. How We Process Your Information
We process your information to provide core functionalities like transcription and summarization.
Google User Data
If you connect your Google Calendar, we only access the metadata necessary to identify upcoming video conference meetings. We do not store your entire calendar history, and we do not share this data with third parties for advertising or profiling purposes.
6. End-to-End Encryption (E2EE)
With E2EE enabled, your recordings and transcripts are encrypted locally. Zero-Knowledge: We cannot access or read E2EE-protected files on our servers.
7. Data Retention and Your Rights
You can manage your data directly from the app. Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time, which triggers the permanent removal of all associated data from our servers.
